CRJFA strongly encourages Coaches and Parents to lead by example and not to dispute a call made by the volunteer who is in charge of the game (The Referee). Remember there are many little eyes watching you !!
Coaches and Team Managers are asked to ensure that if a player is seen to be disputing a decision by the referee that this player is spoken to about this at the next opportunity.
“Acting” to win a free kick, complaining that its a corner and not a goal kick is a part of the adult game not our junior game. You will see that it is also a Yellow Card and sometimes a sending off offense (Red Card) in the adult game so we need to ensure that our players are aware of this is and it is not a part of the game we want to see on Saturday mornings.
CRJFA encourages teams to have FUN and to be GOOD SPORTS.
Win or Lose, You are all Winners in our book !
